Rules for TrajectIA accounts, connected applications and hosted mail.

Accounts are personal. Keep details accurate, protect passwords and passkeys, maintain a recovery method and revoke unknown sessions. Strong authentication may be required for sensitive actions.
Applications and mail
A connected application receives only the information shown on the consent screen. Each application keeps its own terms and data. You remain responsible for messages, files, domains and recipients.
Prohibited use
Spam, phishing, impersonation, unlawful content, attacks, quota circumvention and abusive extraction are prohibited. Access may be restricted to protect users or comply with law.
Availability and law
The service is provided with reasonable care without an uninterrupted-service promise. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. After a prior written complaint to support remains unresolved, consumers may use the French consumer mediator free of charge: Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, online or by email via https://www.cm2c.net/comment-nous-saisir.php — declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net, or by post, with evidence of the prior complaint.
