Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to operate and secure accounts, authenticate users, deliver requested services, connect applications, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal duties. The basis is contract, legitimate security interests, legal obligation or consent as applicable.
Recipients and retention
Access is limited to authorised people and necessary processors, with primary hosting by OVH SAS, société au capital de 50 000 000 €, RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419 00045, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Retention is proportionate to the service, security, legal and dispute purpose. Administrators handle metadata and routing and do not read content without explicit audited delegation.
